BTC (Southampton) Football Club formed in 1923, players came from within the port of Southampton, BTC stands for the British Transport Commision. BTC were a founder member of the Southampton Football League (SFL). The club was founded to bring football training to boys and girls.

Today the club has become one of only a handful of football clubs that has it own ground and facilities.

It has produced over 12 football teams of all ages, from under 11s to an u16,s, Mens and Ladies and has teams battling for promotion and in the press every week.

The football club is also trying to develop its own sponsorship deals, and is now looking for local or national companys sponsorship to sponsor teams. It costs roughly £350 for a kit for a team for a year.

We also takes pride in providing F.A. Qualified Coaches to bring football into the community through Learning Through Sport, letting schoolchildren of all ages enjoy an after school activity, assisting with confidence and attitude.

It’s clear that the organisation has so far managed to develop into a very successful football club, with football teams playing in several different leagues in Hampshire.
